By this way, the Seal facilitates the identification of these products and their attributes under a national image, allowing the positioning, placement and marketing of such food with quality in the domestic and international market. The Seal respond effectively to the added value sought against the level of demand from customers and consumers about food quality.
The Seal may be requested by any physic or legal person, whether producer and/or manufacturer food company in Argentina. In addition, depending to the Quality Protocol, the applicant must comply with good agricultural practices (GAP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and/or Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP). The Seal is awarded to the product for which is requested its use.
