OIA offers this service for customers who need to comply with certain requirements and demonstrate the way in which they manage their operation or production. OIA performs an audit or inspection and then, the customer receives the assessment in a report.
OIA also provides pre-audits for those companies which require evaluating their compliance regarding a public or private standard.
OIA complies with the international standard ISO 19011: ‘Guidelines on Quality Management System Audit for Planning, Development and Report of Inspections or Audits’ and complies with ISO 17020: ‘General Criteria for the Operation of Various Types of Bodies Performing Inspections’.
