Use of the OIA website and Cookies

Information we collect
If you are an OIA customer, you will have signed a contract with us by agreeing to provide us with certain information. We will only use this information for legitimate business purposes in order to evaluate and provide certification for the schemes you have requested and to calculate fees. When you provide information about others (for example, coworkers), you must ensure that you have their consent, or otherwise have the right to provide this information to us.
If you have subscribed to our Newsletter, we will request a clear consent. Our list is in the hands of Connecting and is also subject to its privacy policies.
If you are an OIA business contact and have provided us with your personal information, including your name, address, title, employer and contact phone number or Skype details, we will store these details in the OIA main database, which will be available only for OIA employees for the purpose of legitimate business.
Changes to privacy policy
OIA reserves the right to make changes to this privacy policy at any time if such changes become necessary as a result of retrospectively identified omissions, new features provided by OIA, or new legal requirements.
